Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

We have up to a 3 day processing time. ( if you need your package shipped quickly, please send us an email and we will make every effort to do so.)

First class- Takes up to 7 business days. (Starts after processing time)

Priority mail- Takes 1-3 business days. (Starts after processing time)

Shipping Delays

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, UPS and USPS have been experiencing delays.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for lost or delayed items.  Please contact the shipping service to file a claim. 

Please note that "First class" shipping does not include insurance. We recommend adding insurance in case your package is lost or damaged in transit.
